PINT SIZE POLKAS
I’m very happy to report that prior to the end of
2017, I hit my goal of 100 bookings for the upcoming summer.
At this point, I am thrilled to report that I have 130
bookings in CO, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, NM, OK, TX and WI, with
more inquiries coming in regularly. The last few summers
have been good, but with this year’s two main reading themes
being particularly conducive to what I do, this could very
well be one of my busiest yet! Please visit the Events page
up-to-date information. I’ll also be posting to my Facebook
page more regularly as spring and summer approach.
Speaking of spring, in addition to multiple school
performances in IL, MN and WI, I’ll also be performing for
multiple libraries in Michigan to help celebrate National
Library Week in April. In May, I’ll be heading over to the
Williamsburg Public Library in Williamsburg, IA to get their
summer reading program kicked off in polka style. This has
been one of my busiest starts to the year to date, and I’m
looking forward to seeing what 2018 as a whole holds in
THE MIKE SCHNEIDER BAND
Fans of the Mike Schneider Band will be glad to see many
opportunities on the schedule to catch the band in action in
the Milwaukee area the remainder of this winter through the
month of May. Then, when I return from my Pint Size Polkas
travels in August, I’ll be back to work with the band
throughout Southeastern and South Central Wisconsin for the
remainder of the year.
This Friday, celebrate Fred Usinger Day with us at the Old
German Beer Hall in Downtown Milwaukee. They’ll have free
brats all day until they run out, plus I understand some
free beer around keg tapping time! Saturday, Moose members
should join us at the Milwaukee Moose Lodge starting at 7:30
PM. Hope to see you at these two great venues this weekend!
As always, be sure to join
our growing list of fans on Facebook

That's all for this month. Wishing you all the best for a
great "I Love to Read Month!"
